App Inail 2.3.0

The App Inail provides users with the ability to access various services offered by the Institute directly from their mobile devices, along with continuously updated informational content. This project is consistently evolving, fueled by user feedback.

To utilize the app, download it and log in using your SPID credentials.

Key features within the application include:

• HOME ASSURANCE
  Download your insurance certificate and view payment notices for policy renewals.
• UNIQUE CERTIFICATIONS
  Consult your list of Unique Certifications and save them to your device.
• MYCHAT
  Utilize MyChat to receive real-time assistance from our chatbot or engage with a live operator.
• REHABILITATION
  Access informative materials and multimedia content dedicated to rehabilitation.
• INAIL RESPONDS
  Submit requests for support, seek regulatory or procedural clarifications, and make reports.
• MY REQUESTS
  Review a list of support requests submitted through Inail Risponde, including details, progress status, and management options (cancellation or information addition).
• LOCATIONS
  Locate the nearest relevant Inail office on the map, view its details and operating hours, and request directions to reach it.
• TIMING
  Queue remotely at the designated Inail office by selecting it from the map or scanning the QR code available on-site.
• DIGITAL COUNTER
  Book an appointment at an Inail office directly through the app.
• FAQ
  Access answers to frequently asked questions.
• GUIDES AND MANUALS
  Directly access the section of the Inail portal containing operational guides and manuals related to procedures and regulations.
